    Start by choosing a time that works for you using the simple online booking system. Once you’ve scheduled your session, I’ll confirm all the details and send you a link to join your session.
  2. Getting Set Up
    All you need is a device (laptop, tablet, or phone) with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. I use a secure video platform for our sessions (Google Meet), so you can feel confident that everything will be private and protected.
  3. The Session Itself
    When it’s time for your session, you simply click the link I’ve sent you. You’ll join me in a private, confidential online space where we’ll chat just as we would in person. During our time together, you can share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and explore your thoughts and feelings with support and guidance.
  4. Ongoing Support
    If you’d like to continue, we’ll schedule regular sessions that fit into your schedule. You’ll have the flexibility to book sessions that work for you, whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, or on your own timeline.

Individually booked sessions (50 minutes):  £65
Blocked booked (4 sessions of 50 minutes each): £240 (£60 each) *Please email me for a link to discounted payment
MC90* (90 minutes): £100

All payments are taken online using Stripe through our online booking system.

I am available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (UK time). You can book a session easily through our online booking system.

No special equipment or technical knowledge is required for our online sessions. We use Google Meet, which you can join with just a device that has an internet connection and a microphone. A webcam is optional, so you can participate comfortably without one if you prefer. Simply click the meeting link we provide, and you’re all set!
